How credit works

You pay in advance. Each top-up is credited to your balance 1:1 in US dollars, and the balance never expires. Requests are charged against it at the prices on the models page.

Top-ups are final

Card and crypto top-ups are not refundable, and unspent credit is not paid out. This does not affect any rights you have by law.

Underpaid crypto payments

A crypto payment that arrives more than 2% short of its invoice is not credited, because it did not pay the invoice. One short by less is credited with what arrived; for a pass, as balance. Write to [email protected] with your account number and the payment, and we refund it in the same coin, minus network fees.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a card payment with your bank, the unspent credit from that payment is removed and the account is frozen: it can no longer make requests or top up.

Terminated and deleted accounts

Accounts used to attack third parties without their consent are terminated without refund. Deleting your own account forfeits its balance (Privacy).

Lost account numbers

We cannot recover a lost account number, or the balance behind it (Terms).
