crowbot runs reduced-refusal models so that legitimate work doesn't get blocked by a model's mood. That is the point of the CROW line, and it is who we build for. It is not a licence for things that are illegal — those are off-limits here no matter which model you use.

What crowbot is for

We don't moralise about lawful work. The following are welcome, and the models won't refuse them:

• Security research and penetration testing of systems you own or are authorised to test — exploit development, malware analysis, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, red-teaming and offensive-security tooling.
• Software development of every kind, including the parts other models nanny you out of.
• Research, writing and fiction, including adult and uncomfortable subject matter, where it is legal.

Security tooling is dual-use, and that is understood: the line is authorisation and intent, not the topic. If your work is lawful, it is welcome here.

Hard limits

These are forbidden regardless of purpose or framing. An account used for any of them is terminated without refund, and serious cases are reported to the authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material. Any sexual content involving minors, real or synthetic, text included. Zero tolerance.
• Hateful and extremist incitement. Inciting hatred or violence against people for who they are, propaganda or glorification of Nazism or other unconstitutional organisations, their banned symbols, and Holocaust denial (§§ 130, 86a StGB).
• Terrorism and mass harm. Operational instructions for terrorism, mass violence, or weapons meant to cause mass casualties — chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear included.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery. Sexual or intimate depictions of real, identifiable people made or shared without their consent, synthetic ones included.
• Attacking third parties without consent. Using crowbot against people or systems you are not authorised to test. Security testing needs the target's permission.
• Fraud and impersonation. Phishing, scams, and impersonating others to deceive.
• Anything otherwise illegal where you are, or where we are (Germany).

Reporting abuse, and how we act

Tell us at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) if crowbot is being used for any of the above. We act on credible reports quickly.

We keep no record of your prompts or replies — not in a database, not in a cache, not in a log (see Privacy). So we do not and cannot police the content of individual requests. What we can do, and will, is suspend, freeze or terminate an account on a credible report or a lawful order, without refund. Using crowbot does not make its output ours; how you use what a model produces is on you (Terms).
